As an Underwriting Manager – Property/Fire Insurance, you will assess and evaluate risks related to property fire insurance, determining appropriate coverage, pricing,



and terms in line with industry standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

•Review fire insurance policies and property details (e.g., structure, location).

•Assess risks like construction materials, fire protection, and historical loss data.

•Calculate premiums and propose coverage options.

•Collaborate with clients and insurers to clarify underwriting decisions.

•Monitor claims and adjust underwriting as needed.

•Prepare RFQs and QCRs, review policy terms, and propose adjustments.

Fire Insurance Products:

•Sokshma: Risk assessment and fire protection recommendations.

•CAR: Coverage for property damage and third-party risks in construction.

•SFSP: Coverage for fire, explosion, theft, earthquake, and more.
