Details are as mentioned below:

Work Location: Chennai & Bangalore[Work from office]

Other States - Remote [WFH]

Role: UW/Sr UW

Skill Set: E2E Underwriter, Income Review Specialist, Collateral Underwriter, Non-QM Underwriter,

Shift: Should be versatile to work in night shifts

Experience: Minimum 2 Years in Live Underwriting

Roles and Responsibilities

- Perform live underwriting reviews of loan applications to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex underwriting issues and improve overall process efficiency.
- Conduct thorough income calculations for US residential mortgages using various software tools
