Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and passionate UI/UX Design Trainer who can deliver industry-oriented training in UI/UX design, Figma, UX research, prototyping, and AI-powered design workflows. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide students in building professional portfolios and preparing for UI/UX design careers.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver practical, industry-oriented training in UI/UX design and modern design tools.
- Teach Figma from fundamentals to advanced features, including components, auto layout, prototyping, and design systems.
- Train students in UX research, user personas, user journeys, information architecture, wireframing, and usability testing.
- Explain UI design principles, visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, responsive design, and accessibility.
- Provide hands-on training in HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap for basic front-end implementation.
- Introduce AI tools and AI-powered workflows for UI/UX design, research, ideation, and prototyping.
- Guide students in creating real-world projects and maintaining a professional UI/UX portfolio on GitHub or other suitable platforms.
- Assist students with UI/UX resume optimization, project presentation, interview preparation, and career readiness.
- Conduct assignments, practical assessments, project reviews,



and mock interviews.
- Keep the curriculum updated with current industry trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in Figma and advanced prototyping techniques.
- Valuable understanding of UX research, wireframing, usability testing, and UI design principles.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.
- Familiarity with AI tools used in UI/UX design.
- Experience in portfolio development and project-based learning.
- Knowledge of GitHub portfolio management and resume optimization.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.

Preferred Candidate

- Passionate about teaching and mentoring aspiring UI/UX designers.
- Able to explain complex design concepts through practical examples.
- Experience in live projects, industry assignments, and student career guidance.
- Focused on helping students become job-ready UI/UX professionals.
