ORN is building a new way for Indian families to experience Europe — through private van journeys with their own chauffeur, flexible itineraries and carefully selected hotels.
We are looking for Travel Sales Consultants who understand holidays, enjoy speaking with customers and can confidently convert travel interest into bookings.
What you will do
- Speak with ORN customers who are planning private holidays to Europe.
- Understand their family size, travel dates, destinations, budget and preferences.
- Recommend suitable ORN Private Europe journeys and help customers personalise them.
- Explain itineraries, hotels, transport, destinations and inclusions clearly.
- Follow up consistently with customers and help them move from enquiry to booking.
- Build trust with families making high-value holiday decisions.
- Coordinate with internal destination, product and operations teams where required.
- Maintain complete customer follow-up and sales activity in the ORN CRM.
- Work towards monthly sales and conversion targets.
Who we are looking for
- Prior experience in travel / tourism sales is required.
- Experience selling holiday packages directly to end consumers is strongly preferred.
- Candidates from travel agencies, tour operators, holiday companies, destination specialists or premium travel businesses are welcome.
- Good understanding of international holiday planning.
- Europe destination knowledge is highly preferred.
- Comfortable discussing destinations, hotels,
itineraries and travel logistics with customers.
- Solid communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confident with phone-based selling, follow-ups and closing.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.
- Ability to handle premium customers and high-value bookings professionally.
