1. To ensure vehicles are placed on time as per schedule and as per the load, followup with vendors and escalate if there are any issues.
2. Maintain data for each dispatch, analyse cost and ensure proper checking of bills, coordination with accounts for timely payment to transporters.
3. Coordinate with the loading supervisor to ensure the vehicles are loaded on time. Has to prepare different reports and share them with the General Manager
4. Share with Manager issues faced during DC/store dispatch.
5. Closely Coordinate with stakeholders DC & PC team to improve the transportation service level and sort out impending issues quikly
6. Analyse the business trend and requirement basis which capacity has to be augmented from time to time .
7. Analyse the business share of different transporters and ensure fairness in allotting business .8. Maintain positive relationship with transportation panindia to keep them motivated for a long term association.
