Role Overview

We are looking for a Trainer to design and deliver enablement for store agents and internal stakeholders on the modernized Linkfields platform.

The role develops training materials, runs train-the-trainer and UAT-support sessions, and supports change management for adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Design training curricula and materials — guides, videos and quick-reference documentation.

Conduct train-the-trainer and end-user training sessions (in-person and virtual) for store agents.

Support UAT participants with walkthroughs of new workflows.

Gather feedback from training sessions and iterate on content.

Coordinate with the PM, BA and UX teams on release-readiness and change management.

Track training completion and effectiveness metrics.

Maintain a knowledge base / FAQ for ongoing support.

Must-Have Skills





5+ years of training/enablement experience for enterprise software rollouts.

Strong presentation and facilitation skills.

Ability to translate technical and functional workflows into easy training content.

Experience with LMS or training-tracking tools.

Strong stakeholder coordination skills.

Good to Have

Telecom retail or store-operations background.

Instructional design certification.

Change-management experience (Prosci/ADKAR or similar).

Ability to deliver training in regional languages.
