The trainee will undergo an initial learning period to familiarize themselves with the role and processes, following which they will be expected to handle end-to-end assignment execution, including:
- Conduct Financial analysis and evaluate the creditworthiness of entities.
- Analyze and validate large datasets to ensure data accuracy, identify discrepancies, and derive meaningful insights.
- Maintain excellent quality in the analysis and be up to date on the
- market/industry information and suitable and need-based grading actions.
- Ensure analytical rigor in reports and presentations internally and to the clients.
- Strictly adhere to standard operating procedures.
- Adept at meeting tight deadlines with no compromise on analytical quality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, as the role is client-facing and requires frequent interaction with customers, industry experts, and bankers.
- Flexibility to handle various products/assignments as per demands of the organization.
