Job Summary

Must have 8+ years’ experience with Email Security, Cisco AMP, and Kiteworks. rnrnGood hands-on exposure on Email Security, Proxy, Malware protection tools (Cisco AMP), Kiteworks (Gateway, Webmail, Crypto Proxy) rnrnShould be able to troubleshoot any major issue & should be able to work on root cause analysis in the above-mentioned tools rnrnMust have team management and customer interaction skills. rnrnMust have exposure in defining SLAs rnrnMust have expertise in defining Standard Operating Procedures rnrnMust have expertise in Remote Infrastructure management for network and information security. rnrnShould have valuable understanding on Incident Management & Change Management and ticketing tools. rnrnShould be able to manage and troubleshoot Endpoint, Security related issues in large and complex environment. rnrnKnowledge of on-prem and cloud infrastructure technologies rnrnCapability to develop professional documents in the form of reports, analysis, documentations. rnrnStrong attention to detail, analytical mind, and outstanding problem-solving skills
