Position: TPA Marketing & Networking Executive / Manager

Job Summary

Felix Hospital is looking for an experienced and result-oriented professional for TPA Marketing & Networking. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with Third Party Administrators (TPAs), health insurance companies, corporate clients, and other healthcare partners to strengthen the hospital's network and increase patient footfall.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with TPAs, insurance companies, and corporate clients.
- Coordinate for hospital empanelment with new TPAs and insurance providers.
- Manage the empanelment process, documentation, rate negotiations, and agreement renewals.
- Build and maintain a strong network with insurance desks, corporate HR teams, and healthcare partners.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth cashless treatment and insurance-related processes.
- Follow up on pending approvals, claims-related issues, and network-related concerns in coordination with the concerned teams.
- Identify new business opportunities to increase patient referrals and hospital revenue.




- Conduct regular client visits and maintain long-term professional relationships.
- Track marketing activities, networking outcomes, and business development targets.
- Coordinate with billing, insurance, and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline; an MBA in Marketing or Healthcare Management will be an advantage.

Experience
- Prior experience in TPA Marketing, Hospital Empanelment, Insurance Networking, or Healthcare Business Development preferred.
- Hospital/Healthcare industry experience is highly desirable.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship management abilities.
- Knowledge of TPA processes, health insurance, and cashless hospitalization.
- Positive coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Target-oriented approach with the ability to develop new business opportunities.
