Experience & Technical Skills

- 2–3 years of relevant experience in a CNC programming or tool room workplace.

- Knowledge of CNC programming, machining processes, and tooling.

- Familiarity with CNC controllers such as Fanuc, Siemens, or Mitsubishi.

- Knowledge of CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam, PowerMill, or equivalent will be an advantage.

- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T; basics.

- Knowledge of cutting tools, feeds and speeds, and machining tolerances.

- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Educational Qualification

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and modify CNC programs for machining components, tools, dies, fixtures, and jigs.

- Operate and support CNC machines such as VMC, HMC, or CNC milling machines, as applicable.

- Read and interpret engineering drawings, 2D drawings, and 3D models.

- Select suitable cutting tools, inserts, tool holders, and machining parameters.

- Perform tool setting, workpiece setting, and program prove-out.

- Optimize CNC programs to improve machining accuracy, productivity, and cycle time.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
