- Cashless Admission & Pre-Authorization: Handle cashless entry requests for insurance policies, corporate tie-ups, and government health schemes (like CGHS, ESI, or Railway beneficiaries).

- Document Verification: Check patient eligibility, valid health cards, doctor referral letters, and policy entitlements.

- Portal Management: Raise pre-authorisation requests and upload clinical notes, lab reports, and estimates onto respective TPA and insurance online portals.

- Follow-ups: Coordinate actively with TPA doctors, insurance desk officers, and hospital treating physicians to clear medical queries and rapid-track approvals.

- Discharge & Billing Coordination: Work alongside the hospital billing and finance teams to reconcile final bills, manage deductions, and submit post-discharge claim files.

- Patient Guidance: Assist patients and their families in understanding their coverage limits, co-pays, and claim status.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Graduate (B.Com, B.Sc, BCA, or life sciences/paramedical background). Medical graduates or allied health diplomas (BAMS, BHMS, BDS) are frequently preferred for clinical/insurance assessment roles.

- Experience: 0 to 5+ years of experience in hospital TPA desks, health insurance companies, or healthcare administration.

- Key Competencies:

- Knowledge of mediclaim policies, TPA guidelines, and tariff structures.

- Familiarity with hospital management software (HMS) and MS Office (Excel).

- Strong communication and negotiation skills for handling tense or anxious patients and insurer queries.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
