- Experience in entire domain activities related to production such as planning and managing production schedule, manpower planning and deployment, and supervision.
- Experience of working in continuous process industry.
- Knowledge on Process optimization and Digitalization
- Exposure to Process automation.
- Experience in quality control systems & TQC.
- Knowledge in WCM techniques, Industrial Safety, 5S, IMS & 7 QC Tools.
- Detail oriented Knowledge in MS office and SAP
- Basic understanding of functionalities of Electrical and mechanical equipment
- Chemicals and Electrical Ovens Exposure
- Paints and Application experience
- Magnetron coater experience
