Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Thumbnail Designer at Epic Solutions.

The Thumbnail

Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing eye-catching YouTube thumbnails that increase click-through rates and support channel growth. Daily tasks include collaborating with strategists, editors, and creators to align thumbnails with video concepts, audience insights, and brand guidelines; creating multiple design variations for A/B testing; and refining designs based on performance data and feedback. The role also involves maintaining a consistent visual style across creator channels, organizing design assets,



and staying up to date with platform trends, competitor practices, and emerging design techniques.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong visual design and graphic design skills, including proficiency with tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design software.
- Candidates should possess skills in layout, color theory, typography, and image composition to create explicit, compelling, and high-impact thumbnails.
- Candidates should possess digital content creation skills, including image editing, photo manipulation, and basic knowledge of YouTube and social media best practices.
- Candidates should possess skills in interpreting analytics and performance data to iteratively improve thumbnail concepts and designs.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with creators, strategists, and editors in a remote environment.
- Relevant experience designing thumbnails or social media graphics for YouTube channels, influencers, or brands is highly beneficial.
- A portfolio showcasing thumbnail or social media design work is required; experience in creator marketing or digital agencies is a plus.

- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and adapt quickly to changing content strategies.
