- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions, including sourcing candidates through various channels.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate fitment with company requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to source top talent from their networks.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on interview processes.
- Ensure timely filling of open positions by coordinating with internal stakeholders.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-3years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field (Technical Recruitment).
- B.Tech degree /MBA/PGDM/BBA
- Robust understanding of production engineering principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
