- Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure timely payment of mortgages and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Identify recent business opportunities through cross-selling of home loans, housing loan, LAP (Loan Against Property) products to existing customers.
- Process loan applications from start to finish, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay updated on industry developments.
Job Requirements :
- 1-18 years of experience in banking or finance industry, preferably in mortgage loans or related fields.
- Strong understanding of home loans, housing loan, LAP (Loan Against Property) products and their features.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and negotiation.
