Role & responsibilities

- lan and deliver effective lessons for middle and secondary school students.
- Teach concepts using practical examples, demonstrations, experiments, and innovative teaching methodologies.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and learning resources aligned with the CBSE curriculum.
- Conduct and supervise Physics laboratory activities while ensuring safety standards.
- Assess and monitor students academic progress and provide constructive feedback.

- Identify learning gaps and provide appropriate academic support and remedial instruction.
- Maintain accurate academic records, attendance, and assessment reports.
- Encourage scientific thinking, curiosity, problem-solving, and analytical skills among students.

- Participate in examinations, school events, workshops, meetings, and career development programmes.




- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues regarding student progress when required.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Physics from a recognized institution.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills.
- Good communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to use technology and digital teaching resources effectively.
- Experience in a CBSE/Matric school will be an added advantage.
- Passion for teaching and commitment to student development.
