Job Responsibilities

- Perform functional testing of Cards applications and customer onboarding journeys.

- Validate end-to-end card lifecycle processes including card issuance, activation, usage, renewal, blocking, and closure.

- Test authorization, clearing, and settlement processes.

- Verify integrations with Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, and Amex networks.

- Validate chargeback, dispute, fraud check, and risk rule workflows.

- Create and execute test cases, track defects, and support SIT/UAT activities.

- Collaborate with business, development, and stakeholder teams to ensure quality delivery.

- Work in an Agile environment and meet project timelines.

Preferred

- Robust Banking & Cards domain knowledge.

- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
