Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and analyze tenders across platforms such as GeM, CPPP, and state e-procurement portals for client opportunities.
- Interpret and evaluate tender eligibility, technical specifications, and compliance requirements.
- Liaise with client organizations to collect necessary documents (registrations, financials, certificates, etc.).
- Draft and compile technical and financial proposals as per tender terms.
- Submit bids via online portals, ensuring accuracy and timely filing.
- Interact with government departments or issuing authorities for pre-bid queries, corrigenda, or clarifications.
- Maintain organized records including bid status trackers, submission logs, and supporting documentation.
- Guide clients through registration processes, DSC acquisition, and e-tendering system requirements.
- Support clients with vendor registrations and empanelments with PSUs, corporates, and government bodies.
- Keep abreast of updates in public procurement guidelines, e-procurement processes, and industry regulations.

Key Skills & Competencies:




- Strong understanding of Indian government procurement systems and e-tendering platforms.
- Familiarity with technical/commercial bid preparation and tender documentation.
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Clear and professional communication skills for client coordination and authority interactions.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel), PDF tools, and web-based tender portals.
- Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in tender documentation or consultancy services.
- Exposure to sectors such as infrastructure, IT, manpower, logistics, or industrial supply is a plus.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
