Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Tender Executive to handle end-to-end tendering activities for EPC projects, including tender identification, documentation, costing coordination, bid preparation, and timely submission of tenders.

Key Responsibilities

- Search and identify relevant government and private EPC tenders.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, BOQ, and terms and conditions.
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids within the prescribed deadlines.
- Coordinate with estimation, purchase, accounts, and project teams for costing and bid preparation.
- Collect vendor and subcontractor quotations and prepare comparative statements.
- Prepare pre-qualification documents, company credentials, financial documents, and statutory certificates.
- Handle EMD, tender fees, bank guarantees, declarations, and undertakings in coordination with the accounts department.
- Monitor tender corrigenda, pre-bid meetings, clarifications, and submission deadlines.
- Maintain tender records, bid status,



and tender MIS reports.
- Follow up on technical evaluations, financial bid openings, negotiations, and work orders.
- Ensure all tender submissions comply with client requirements and tender conditions.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical relevant engineering or commerce discipline.
- Experience in EPC tendering will be preferred.
- Knowledge of government e-tender portals, GeM, BOQ, and tender documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.

- Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.

Experience 1–3 years of relevant experience in tendering or EPC projects preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
