Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and active Telesales Executive to make calls to customers, explain our courier and logistics services, generate business enquiries, and maintain good customer relationships.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company services and provide basic information about courier and freight services.
- Generate business leads and customer enquiries through calls.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Maintain daily call records and customer details.
- Handle customer questions professionally.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for business opportunities.

Required Skills

- Valuable communication skills.




- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to communicate in Hindi and Gujarati.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
