Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls for patient inquiries.
- Explain IVF treatments and services to potential patients.
- Convert leads into appointments/consultations.
- Maintain lead data and follow-ups in CRM or records.
- Coordinate with the clinic team for appointment scheduling.
- Achieve monthly lead conversion targets.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
