Roles and Responsibilities :

- Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns.

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and close deals.

- Qualify leads by assessing their needs, identifying opportunities, and providing solutions.

- Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management for sales performance.

Job Requirements :

- 0.6-3 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre setting with a focus on telesales or customer service.

- Strong communication skills with excellent voice quality for effective phone conversations.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

- Proficiency in lead qualification techniques to convert prospects into paying customers.
