Job Purpose

We are looking for a dynamic, persuasive, and customer-oriented Telecaller to join our automobile sales and support team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential buyers, answering inquiries, pitching our vehicle variants, and scheduling test drives or showroom visits. Your goal will be to convert leads into dealership appointments and maintain a high standard of customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outbound Calling

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases and marketing leads.
- Pitch recent vehicle launches, finance schemes, exchange offers, and seasonal service campaigns.
- Screen, qualify, and filter interested buyers, routing hot prospects to the dealership sales consultants.

Inbound Inquiry & Customer Support

- Handle inbound calls from customers inquiring about vehicle prices, specifications, variants, and booking procedures.




- Resolve basic customer queries regarding test drive schedules, documentation, and delivery timelines.
- Follow up systematically with existing leads to build a strong pipeline for the sales team.

Appointment Scheduling & Coordination

- Book and confirm showroom visits and test drive appointments for prospective clients.
- Coordinate closely with the on-ground Sales Executives to ensure smooth customer handovers.
- Keep clean, updated logs of customer interactions, feedback, and appointment statuses in the system.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Minimum Graduate degree in any field.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of proven experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Executive, or Customer Support Associate, preferably within the automobile or related retail sector.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and Hindi (Knowledge of regional languages is a distinct advantage).
- Communication: Clear verbal articulation, an engaging phone etiquette, and active listening skills.
- Competencies: Strong convincing abilities, resilience to handle rejections, and a customer-first mindset.
