The candidate will be responsible for generating home loan leads, scheduling appointments, coordinating with field sales teams, tracking loan applications, and ensuring a smooth custommame er experience throughout the loan process.

Key Responsibilities 1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database to generate home loan leads.

- Schedule customer appointments and coordinate with field sales executives for customer visits.
- Follow up with customers and track appointments, document collection, and loan application status.
- Monitor loan files until document submission, credit processing, and serial number generation.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in CRM/LMS systems.
- Ensure quality conversations by maintaining accuracy, product knowledge, customer profiling, and effective communication.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally while ensuring timely follow-ups.




- Achieve assigned targets related to calls, appointments, lead generation, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve conversion rates and provide feedback on customer interactions.
- Participate in weekly quality feedback sessions and performance review meetings.
- Maintain knowledge of company products, loan policies, processes, and competitor offerings.
- Generate customer references to support business growth.
- Adhere to company policies, process guidelines, and professional standards.

Eligibility

Criteria - Graduate in any stream.

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and Gujarati.
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn CRM/LMS systems.
- Solid interpersonal skills, a customer-focused approach, and a positive attitude.

Working

Requirements - Login Hours: 9 hours per day.

- Talk Time: Minimum 3.5 hours per day.
- Break Time: Not more than 1 hour, as per company policy.
- Willingness to work in a target-driven tele-sales environment.
