- Explain our handmade crafts, miniature temple themes, Golu dolls, and customized décor products.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and pending orders.
- Maintain customer details and daily call reports.
- Assist in converting enquiries into confirmed sales.
- Maintain professional and friendly communication with customers.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
- Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented attitude.
- Basic computer and WhatsApp handling skills.
