Stepwise Digital is looking for an experienced, confident, and target-driven Telecaller cum Sales Executive to help us generate leads, acquire new clients, and grow our digital marketing business.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and business owners.
- Generate qualified leads for our digital marketing services.
- Explain our services, including SEO, social media marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, website development, and video production.
- Follow up with prospects and schedule client meetings.
- Convert leads into paying clients and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain lead records and build strong client relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling, sales,
or business development.
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Solid sales, negotiation, and client-conversion skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing services.
- Ability to meet sales targets and work independently.
- Experience in lead generation and client acquisition is preferred.
Location: Kochi, Kerala Salary: Based on experience + attractive performance incentives
