Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Hyderabad. The Telecaller will handle outbound and inbound calls with farmers, partners, and prospective clients to share product information, respond to inquiries, and support contract farming activities. Daily responsibilities include explaining hatchery and feed offerings, clarifying pricing and service terms, and recording accurate call details in the system.

The role also involves following up on leads, maintaining call logs and reports, and coordinating with sales and operations teams to ensure timely support and problem resolution.



The Telecaller is expected to maintain professional communication, meet call targets, and contribute to customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.

Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with the ability to converse clearly and respectfully over the phone.
- Customer service and relationship-building abilities, including handling inquiries, addressing concerns, and creating a positive caller experience.
- Basic data entry and documentation skills for updating call records, preparing call summaries, and maintaining accurate reports.
- Comfort using telecalling tools, phone systems, and basic computer applications such as email and spreadsheets.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage time effectively, and meet performance targets in a quick-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English and local languages commonly spoken in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh is highly beneficial.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales coordination is an advantage; familiarity with agriculture or poultry sectors is a plus.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in commerce, agriculture, or business is desirable.
