About the Role

Durga Hardware & Electricals (DHE), an authorized SKF distributor, is looking for a proactive and communication-oriented Inside Sales Executive / Telecaller to support our industrial sales team and develop new business opportunities.

The role involves connecting with industrial customers, identifying potential buyers, following up on quotations, generating enquiries, and building a strong pipeline of prospective customers for SKF industrial bearings and related engineering products.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective industrial customers, OEMs, factories, maintenance teams and purchase departments.
- Generate qualified sales leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Contact existing customers to understand their requirements and identify repeat business opportunities.
- Follow up on quotations, pending enquiries and prospective orders.
- Collect customer requirements, including product details, part numbers, quantities and expected delivery timelines.
- Maintain customer databases, call records, enquiry status and follow-up schedules.
- Coordinate with field sales executives for customer visits and opportunity conversion.
- Reactivate dormant customers and maintain regular contact with existing accounts.
- Use telephone, email and WhatsApp professionally for customer communication.




- Prepare daily call reports and contribute to monthly lead-generation and sales-pipeline targets.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate preferred; candidates with relevant experience may also apply.
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, telesales or B2B sales preferred.
- Experience in industrial products, automotive components, bearings, engineering products or manufacturing customers will be an advantage.
- Positive Hindi communication skills; basic English communication and computer skills are desirable.
- Comfortable making outbound calls, maintaining records and following up consistently.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, CRM systems or sales tracking sheets is preferred.
- Freshers with solid communication skills and a willingness to learn may also be considered.

What We Are Looking For We want someone who can do more than make calls. The right candidate should be able to identify genuine customer requirements, qualify opportunities, maintain follow-up discipline and help convert enquiries into business.

Compensation

Salary will be based on experience, communication skills and suitability for the role.
