We help growing brands expand through franchising. You will call business owners and investors, explain our franchise opportunities, qualify responsible leads, and move them toward meetings and closures.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls daily to prospective franchise investors
- Pitch franchise opportunities clearly and handle objections
- Qualify leads on budget, intent, and location
- Fix meetings and follow up consistently until closure
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM or lead sheet
- Meet monthly calling, meeting, and conversion targets
Who we’re looking for
- Background in real estate, insurance, or other target-driven sales
- Confident communicator in Hindi and English (Punjabi is a plus)
- Comfortable with rejection and persistent follow-up
- Strong closing mindset, and hungry to earn through incentives
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, or a CRM
