SHAM INSTITUTE is seeking a proactive and result-oriented Telecounsellor to engage with prospective students, promote academic programs, and guide them towards successful admissions through effective communication and consistent follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective students and parents through outbound calls and provided leads.
Explain course details, eligibility, fee structure, and admission procedures.
Identify student interests and guide them towards suitable programs.
Follow up with prospective students to drive admission conversions.
Manage student enquiries and maintain accurate call and follow-up records.
Share course information through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Requirements
Experience in telecalling, counselling, or admissions is preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge and record-keeping abilities.
Strong follow-up skills and a target-driven mindset.
Skilled attitude with a willingness to learn.
