Role overview
You will be the first voice of Mind Weavers for people seeking mental health care. You will handle enquiries calmly and warmly and help callers book appointments.
Responsibilities
- Make and receive calls to and from clients and leads
- Explain our services, timings and fees clearly
- Book, reschedule and confirm appointments, including online sessions
- Follow up on enquiries and missed or cancelled appointments
- Record every call and follow-up accurately in our system
- Keep client information strictly confidential
- Work closely with the front office and client success team
Requirements
- degree in any stream
- 1–2 years of telecalling or customer service experience (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome)
- Fluent Malayalam and valuable English. [Hindi / other language] is an added advantage
- A calm, patient, empathetic voice
- Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp, a CRM)
