Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers for reorder and repeat business.
- Contact lost customers and understand the reasons for inactivity.
- Follow up with customers to reactivate them and generate business.
- Handle RBNO-related calling and customer follow-ups as per company requirements.
- Maintain daily calling records and update customer information.
- Achieve calling, follow-up, and customer reactivation targets.
- Coordinate with the Business Development team to improve customer retention.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer relationship management.
- Positive follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.
- Target-oriented approach.
