Role Description The Tele Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls and handling inbound inquiries to promote SKILS training programs and services within the Pune Division. This full-time, on-site role includes explaining course offerings, clarifying training benefits, and providing accurate information to prospective learners and corporate clients.

The Tele

Caller will maintain call records, follow up with leads, schedule appointments or demos,



and support the admissions or sales team in achieving enrollment and conversion targets. Daily tasks also involve updating CRM or lead-tracking systems, coordinating with internal teams on prospect requirements, and maintaining a professional, learner-focused communication style.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken English and local language proficiency, with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Customer service and sales awareness, including basic telemarketing, lead qualification, and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer literacy, including using email, spreadsheets, and CRM or lead management tools.
- Ability to understand and explain training programs and IT-related course offerings in a simple, learner-friendly manner.
- Minimum higher secondary education; a diploma or bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred.
- Prior experience as a tele caller, customer support representative, or inside sales executive is an advantage, especially in education or training services.
- Solid time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work on-site in the Pune Division and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
