We are looking for a Telecaller Executive to generate leads for solar products and services, follow up with potential customers, and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads by calling potential customers for solar solutions.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Update customer details, call status, and follow-up activities in the CRM.
- Maintain daily calling records and lead data.
- Coordinate with the sales team and share qualified leads for further processing.
Required Skills
- Valuable communication and calling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling.
- Ability to maintain customer data and follow-up records.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
