Role Overview

We are looking for a confident, energetic Telecaller to call interested leads, explain our interior services, and book site visits and design consultations for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Call inbound leads from Google, Meta, and website enquiries within minutes of receiving them
- Understand each customer’s requirement: property type, BHK, budget, timeline, and location
- Explain Homasm’s services, packages, and process clearly
- Book design consultations and site visits for the sales team
- Follow up consistently with warm and cold leads
- Update every call outcome in the CRM or Excel sheet daily




- Achieve daily call targets and monthly appointment-booking targets

Requirements
- Fluent in Telugu and Hindi; positive English is a plus
- Clear, polite, and persuasive voice
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM)
- Comfortable making 60-80 calls per day
- Ability to handle objections and rejection professionally
- Graduate or Intermediate pass-out is acceptable

Preferred
- Previous experience in real estate, interiors, furniture, or home services
- Experience handling digital ad leads
