FIXOME is looking for a confident and customer-friendly Telecaller to connect with potential customers, handle inquiries, follow up on leads, and support business growth through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and respond to incoming inquiries.
- Explain FIXOME’s services clearly and professionally.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert inquiries into potential business opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about services.
- Schedule appointments or service visits and coordinate with the concerned team.
- Maintain customer databases, call records, and follow-up reports.
- Handle customer questions professionally and escalate complaints when necessary.
- Achieve assigned calling targets and contribute to business development.
Requirements
- Graduates preferred.
- Positive communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Confidence in handling phone conversations and customer inquiries.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Google Sheets or Excel.
- Good listening, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
- Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
