We are looking for confident and enthusiastic telecallers to connect with students over the phone, introduce them to 1mCV, explain how our platform works, and encourage them to register. The role involves educating students about our platform and helping them understand how 1mCV can support their career and placement journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to students from the provided contact database.

- Introduce 1mCV and explain our platform, features, and benefits in simple language.

- Explain how students can create their profiles, build their CVs, and use one-minute video introductions to showcase themselves.

- Encourage students to register on the 1mCV platform.

- Guide interested students through the registration process and address basic queries.

- Follow up with interested students to improve registrations and engagement.

- Maintain records of calls,



responses, follow-ups, and registrations.

- Meet daily calling targets and weekly registration goals.

- Share common student questions and feedback with the sales team.

Required Skills

- Valuable communication skills in Hindi and English.

- Confidence in speaking with students over the phone.

- Basic knowledge of computers, smartphones, and online platforms.

- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Ability to explain information clearly and handle questions politely.

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
