We are looking for a Techno-Functional Business Analyst with strong experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and a solid understanding of retail and e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should be capable of translating business requirements into functional solutions while understanding the underlying technical architecture, integrations, APIs, and application workflows.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, QA engineers, and project managers to analyse requirements, define solutions, troubleshoot functional and technical issues, and ensure successful delivery of e-commerce initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution workflows.
- Work extensively with SFCC Business Manager, including product catalogs, price books, promotions, campaigns, content slots, site preferences, search, and merchandising configurations.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of end-to-end e-commerce flows, including product discovery, cart, checkout, payments, order processing, and customer journeys.
- Understand SFCC architecture, SFRA, cartridges, jobs and schedules, and platform configuration to effectively collaborate with development teams.
- Analyse technical requirements involving REST APIs, OCAPI, integrations, middleware, and third-party systems.
- Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams by clarifying requirements, assessing feasibility, and identifying functional and technical dependencies.
- Support impact analysis for current features,



change requests, production issues, and platform enhancements.
- Collaborate with developers and QA teams on solution validation, functional testing, defect triage, and UAT.
- Prepare business requirement documents, functional specifications, process flows, API-related requirement documentation, and test scenarios.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and stakeholder discussions.
- Analyse existing processes and recommend improvements to platform functionality, operational efficiency, and customer experience.

Mandatory Skills
- Proven experience as a Techno-Functional Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or Functional Consultant.
- Strong hands-on functional experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC).
- Practical knowledge of SFCC Business Manager and core commerce configurations.
- Understanding of SFCC architecture, cartridges, APIs, integrations, and end-to-end application flows.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, functional documentation, stakeholder management, and solution analysis.
- Experience working with development, QA, and business teams on implementation, enhancement, or support projects.
- Retail or e-commerce domain experience is mandatory.

Preferred Skills
- Exposure to SFRA and storefront functionality.
- Knowledge of OCAPI, REST APIs, and third-party integrations.
- Experience with order management, payment gateways, promotions, pricing, and omnichannel workflows.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, JIRA, UAT, and defect management.
- Experience in fashion, apparel, or large-scale retail e-commerce projects.
