Aleido India is looking for a Technical Writer with a strong background in IT and/or telecommunications and hands-on experience in a Docs-as-Code environment. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality documentation for complex systems and technologies, while collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders including engineering, product management, and customer success teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Create, review, and maintain technical documentation
- Translate complex concepts into clear, user-centric documentation.
- Work within a Docs-as-Code framework using tools such as Markdown, Git, static site generators, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Manage version-controlled documentation repositories and ensure alignment with software release cycles.
- Partner closely with engineering, product, QA,
and support teams to gather requirements and validate technical accuracy.
- Drive documentation planning as part of product development lifecycle (Agile/Scrum).
- Facilitate reviews and incorporate feedback from subject matter experts (SMEs).
- Ensure consistency in tone, style, and terminology across all documentation assets.
- Identify gaps in documentation and proactively address them.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical writing, with significant exposure to telecom technologies.
- Strong understanding of telecom domains especially 5G technologies.
- Proven experience working in a Docs-as-Code environment (Git, Markdown, or similar).
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
