We are looking for a passionate Technical Trainer to deliver effective training programs, develop technical skills, and mentor learners. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in teaching and knowledge sharing.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Teach core CS concepts, Software Engineering, OOP, algorithms, data structures, DBMS, and data warehousing.
- Train students in client-side and server-side web development.
- Mentor students in full-stack development, Power Platform, cloud, and DevOps basics.
- Design curriculum, develop LMS/e-learning content, and create assessments.
- Evaluate student performance, provide feedback, and drive continuous learning and improvement.

Mandatory Skills:

- Proficiency in C++/C#, OOP, Software Engineering, algorithms, data structures, and design patterns.
- Solid knowledge of relational databases, data modelling, normalization, and entity diagrams.
- Experience with multithreading, socket programming, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
