Roles and Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot and resolve meter data management, meter integration, laptop support, desktop support, system support, IT support, and hardware networking issues.

- Conduct remote support sessions using various tools such as TeamViewer or Remote Desktop Connection.

- Collaborate with internal teams to identify root causes of recurring issues and implement solutions.

- Manage day-to-day IT support, hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.

- Set up laptops and configure systems and accounts for recent employees.

- Manage company email accounts, user access, account recovery, and system permissions.

- Maintain IT tracking sheets, asset declarations, inventory records, and handover documentation.

- Maintain biometric Device and manage Google Forms for internal processes.

- Support smart and prepaid meter integration,



including communication setup, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.

- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve meter connectivity and integration issues.

- Assist with meter data validation and maintain technical documentation related to integration activities.

- Manage company digital platforms, and IndiaMART coordination.

- Support the creation of social media posts, graphic designs, banners, and other promotional materials as required.

- Coordinate with different departments to address technical and digital operational requirements.

- Perform other IT, digital operations, and technical support duties as assigned by management.
