Role & responsibilities

- Will be a SPOC for all live development projects

- Daily check and coordination with team for BAU (Business as usual) for all projects

- First level troubleshooting for production, provide findings to relevant team for their appropriate action, training will be provided

- Daily review of logs & share findings to team

- Data / Report sharing with stakeholders as and when required

- Co-ordination with Bank / internal teams / aggregators / card schemes whenever required

- Part of Technical Operations Team, Fresher graduates are also preferred

- Manage E-commerce support team members and roster management

- Liaising and reporting to seniors with all daily and monthly activities

Preferred candidate profile

- Candidate must be a B.Tech/B.E/BCA/BSc (any discipline)/Graduation is must.

- Good analysis & troubleshooting skills

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent ability to learn and articulate software-related and technical concepts

- Robust communications skills

- Good documentation skills

- Should be from the Western side(Churchgate to Virar)
