We are looking for a Software Support & Implementation Executive who will be responsible for software demonstrations, client support, software testing, installation, training, and assisting in software sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct software/product demonstrations for prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and explain software features and functionality clearly.
- Handle client queries and provide technical support and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with the technical/development team to resolve software-related issues.
- Perform software testing and identify bugs, errors, or usability issues.
- Install and configure software on client systems.
- Provide software training to clients and their staff.
- Assist clients during software implementation and deployment.
- Maintain regular communication and follow-up with clients.
- Identify client requirements and generate opportunities for software sales.
- Explain software perks, features, pricing, and solutions to potential customers.
- Support the sales team in converting software demos into successful sales.
- Maintain proper records of client issues, demos, installations, and follow-ups.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
