We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Technical Support Executives to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have excellent English written communication skills, a basic understanding of technical concepts, and a passion for resolving customer queries.
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Tech / M.Tech / BCA / MCA candidates can apply.
- Undergraduate candidates with a 3-year diploma are also eligible.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Excellent English written communication skills are mandatory.
- Basic technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills are required.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries related to technical issues and troubleshooting.
- Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer problems.
- Guide customers through technical procedures and issue resolution.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and follow established processes.
- Ensure compliance with quality and performance standards.
Salary & Perks
- In-Hand Salary: ₹19,000 per month + PF
- CTC: ₹22,500 per month
