Performs in office technical and operational support to sales processes and customer projects, for an assigned organization unit.

Role & responsibilities

- Completes installation, maintenance and functional audit of products and/or systems of similar nature.
- Analyzes customers technical setup in order better judge aspects of product integration.
- Completes technical analyses and supports proposal process at any stage, as part of the sales team.
- Performs the review of task plans, drawings, and installation schematics and provides guidance in the phase of product test integration.
- Communicate with customers on planning for up scaling product integration.
- May support completion of service contracts (i.e. planning and estimating labor categories, rates, material costs, etc.).
- Determines priorities and schedules measures for improvement.
- Designs training programs for customers and ensures training is delivered online or onsite.
- May manage respective subcontractors.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical,



Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or related discipline).
- 4-8 years of experience in installation, commissioning, maintenance, or technical support of industrial systems/equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with the ability to analyze technical issues and recommend solutions.
- Experience in customer-facing roles with excellent communication and presentation skills.
