Position Summary The Technical Recruiter will own full-lifecycle global recruitment for technical talent across End-User Computing (EUC), Data Centers, Networking, and Wi-Fi Surveys. Working closely with leadership and delivery teams, this role adapts sourcing strategies to regional demands, ensures high-quality candidate submissions, and serves as the primary coordination point between management, operations, and international candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Execution & Strategy

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from requisition through onboarding for global technical engagements.
- Partner with higher management and Project Managers to align hiring priorities with upcoming project pipelines and mobilization timelines.
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies for niche technical roles and continuously optimize the hiring workflow for speed and candidate experience.

Pipeline Management & Quality Control

- Build and maintain a structured global engineer database (Network Engineers, Desktop Support, L1/L2 Technical Support) for rapid deployment.




- Conduct thorough quality control on CVs to ensure candidates meet technical proficiency and communication standards before client submission.
- Deliver regular progress reports and recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, pipeline status) to executive leadership.

Compliance & Operations

- Ensure all hiring activities strictly adhere to internal policies, client SLAs, and regional labor standards across EU, APAC, MEA, and LATAM.
- Drive employer branding on LinkedIn and professional platforms while supporting team upskilling in sourcing tools and cross-border negotiation.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience in global IT recruitment focused on infrastructure and technical field services.
- Hands-on proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and data tracking tools (Excel, Odoo, or similar).
- Robust cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage strict deadlines across multiple time zones.
