Job Overview

We are looking for a result-oriented Senior Technical Recruiter with solid experience in Domestic IT Hiring, Staff Augmentation, and Contract-to-Hire (C2H) staffing. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for technical requirements, building strong talent pipelines, and achieving hiring targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and joining.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, internal databases, and other relevant platforms.
- Handle domestic IT requirements across contract, C2H, and full-time hiring.
- Screen candidates for technical skills, relevant experience, availability, and compensation expectations.




- Manage salary negotiations, counteroffers, and notice-period discussions to improve offer-to-join ratios.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, pipeline updates, and feedback in the ATS.
- Coordinate with account managers and hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver suitable profiles within deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3–7 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment, preferably with a staffing or recruitment agency.
- Strong hands-on experience in Staff Augmentation, Contract Staffing, and C2H hiring.
- Good understanding of technical skill sets, including Java, Python, Cloud, DevOps, Frontend/Backend, and Cybersecurity.
- Experience using recruitment platforms such as Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms such as CEIPAL, Zoho Recruit, Taleo, or similar systems.
- Strong candidate management, negotiation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working as an Individual Contributor and independently managing recruitment targets.
