Job Summary

Vynedam Group of Industries is seeking an experienced and technically proficient Technical Project Lead – UAV/Drone to lead technical compliance, UAV product validation, OEM coordination, and engineering readiness for drone-related projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of UAV/drone systems, technical specifications, engineering documentation, troubleshooting, and technical project coordination.

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring that UAV/drone solutions meet buyer technical requirements, supporting tender submissions, coordinating with OEMs, and supervising technical teams throughout project delivery and acceptance.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and analyze buyer technical requirements, specifications, and tender documentation for UAV/drone projects.
- Prepare and maintain detailed technical compliance matrices, mapping each buyer requirement to supporting technical evidence.
- Validate OEM technical specifications, product configurations, and supporting technical documentation.
- Review and verify UAV technical datasheets before tender submission.
- Lead technical clarification responses and coordinate with internal teams and OEMs to address buyer queries.
- Coordinate engineering readiness for UAV/drone delivery, inspection, testing, and acceptance activities.
- Supervise UAV engineers and ensure accurate preparation of technical reports, documentation, and compliance records.
- Approve technical handover documentation and coordinate the transition to field engineering and support teams.
- Identify technical risks, troubleshoot engineering issues, and recommend corrective actions.




- Collaborate with Bid Management, Procurement, OEMs, Engineering, and Field Operations teams to ensure project requirements are fulfilled.
- Ensure technical deliverables comply with applicable project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Educational Qualifications
- B.Tech / B.E. in Aerospace Engineering, Avionics, Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

Experience Requirements
- 5–8 years of relevant engineering experience, preferably in UAV/drone systems, aerospace, avionics, or related technical domains.
- Robust experience in UAV technical specifications, product validation, configuration management, or engineering project delivery.
- Experience coordinating with OEMs and technical stakeholders.
- Prior experience in technical compliance documentation, government tenders, or UAV procurement projects will be an added advantage.
- Experience leading technical teams and managing engineering deliverables is preferred.

- Ability to supervise engineering teams and coordinate cross-functional technical activities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage technical deadlines, project risks, and delivery commitments.

Salary & Career Opportunities
- Annual CTC: ₹9,60,000 – ₹15,00,000
