1. Position Overview

Arivani Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a technically proficient, proactive, and accountable Technical Lead to oversee software development, production operations, quality assurance, deployment management, and technical team coordination. The ideal candidate will combine solid hands-on technical expertise with leadership, independent decision-making, and end-to-end ownership of assigned responsibilities. The role requires ensuring software quality, production stability, timely delivery, and consistent adherence to approved technical processes.

The Technical Lead is expected to identify and resolve issues proactively, maintain accurate operational records, communicate risks promptly, and ensure responsibilities are completed without repeated management follow-ups.

1. Key Responsibilities

A. Technical Ownership & Accountability

- Take end-to-end ownership of assigned applications, modules, and technical deliverables.
- Ensure approved technical processes and management instructions are implemented consistently.
- Monitor deadlines, identify risks, resolve blockers, and escalate issues with proposed solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of completed tasks, pending work, and technical issues.
- Ensure commitments are fulfilled and corrective actions are followed through to completion.

B. Production Monitoring & Quality Assurance

- Coordinate daily production testing according to the approved schedule, including weekends or holidays when operationally required.
- Assign testing responsibilities and ensure completion within agreed timelines.
- Maintain testing records with tester details, dates, status, evidence links, and verification confirmation.
- Ensure required test evidence, such as screenshots, logs, or automated test results, is available.
- Review or coordinate authorized verification of results and ensure failures are investigated promptly.
- Arrange backup testing coverage and provide management with daily testing status and exception reports.

C. Software Development & Code Quality

- Lead technical design, architecture, development, and implementation.
- Review code for quality, security, performance, and maintainability.
- Ensure appropriate unit testing, integration testing, and database validation.
- Oversee API integrations, database changes, and application performance.
- Mentor developers, resolve technical challenges, and minimize technical debt.
- Ensure timely delivery in accordance with agreed development standards.

D. Deployment & Release Management

- Plan, coordinate,



and oversee production deployments in accordance with approved procedures.
- Ensure release checklists, code reviews, testing, backups, and rollback plans are completed before deployment.
- Coordinate scheduled deployments, including Saturday or remote deployment windows where required.
- Ensure deployment responsibilities are assigned through an approved rotation.
- Validate application functionality after each deployment and document results.
- Escalate deployment failures and production risks immediately.
- Follow applicable company policies regarding working hours and compensatory time.

E. Production Incident Management

- Lead the investigation and resolution of production incidents.
- Assess severity, customer impact, and business risk, and assign appropriate resources.
- Communicate critical incidents and progress updates to management promptly.
- Conduct root-cause analysis for significant incidents.
- Document corrective and preventive actions, assign owners, and track them through verified closure.
- Identify recurring issues and implement long-term solutions.

F. Team Leadership & Coordination

- Allocate technical tasks according to skills, priorities, and resource availability.
- Monitor progress, address delays, and ensure clear ownership of deliverables.
- Conduct technical meetings, progress reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Provide constructive feedback and technical mentorship.
- Promote collaboration, professional communication, and adherence to agreed processes.
- Escalate recurring performance or process-compliance concerns through appropriate channels.

G. Communication & Reporting

- Provide accurate and timely updates on development progress, testing, deployments, and production status.
- Escalate blockers, missed deadlines, security concerns, and operational risks proactively.
- Maintain updated task trackers, testing records, deployment logs, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate effectively with HR, Operations, Management, and other relevant stakeholders.

1. Required Technical Qualifications & Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET / .NET Core, and RESTful Web APIs.
- Proficiency in SQL Server, including queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization.
- Experience with JavaScript, React, Node.js, or comparable web technologies.
- Working knowledge of Git and source control practices.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and release management.
- Knowledge of application logging, monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support.




- Understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and application security.
- Experience in unit testing, integration testing, production validation, and root-cause analysis.

KPI targets may be reviewed periodically based on workload, staffing, system complexity, and operational requirements.

1. Authority & Decision-Making

The Technical Lead is authorized to:
- Assign and coordinate technical tasks.
- Recommend technical architecture and implementation approaches.
- Request testing evidence, code reviews, and technical documentation.
- Escalate unresolved blockers and critical operational risks.
- Recommend postponement of deployments when required checks are incomplete or unacceptable risks remain.
- Propose improvements to development, testing, and deployment processes.

Changes involving company policy, staffing, compensation, or business priorities require management approval. The Technical Lead must implement approved decisions while appropriately raising legitimate technical, security, legal, or employee-safety concerns.
1. Performance Evaluation

Performance will be assessed based on technical expertise, software quality, production stability, ownership, task completion, reporting accuracy, incident management, team leadership, responsiveness to feedback, and adherence to approved processes. Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
