What You'll Do Leadership & Strategy

- Lead and mentor Full Stack and integration engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Define and drive the technical vision and roadmap for full stack development and systems integration.
- Collaborate with Product, Architecture, DevOps, and QA to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
- Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, Agile methodologies, and SRE principles.
- Ensure compliance with security and governance standards while adopting emerging technologies.

Technical Execution

- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of full stack applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Java, Spring Boot).
- Leverage AI development tools (Copilot, Windsurf, Cursor, Claude) to improve engineering productivity.
- Architect and implement APIs and microservices for internal and external system integrations.
- Ensure high availability, performance, scalability, and security of applications.
- Drive cloud-native development and CI/CD practices across AWS, Azure, and GCP.





Project & Stakeholder Management

- Manage project timelines, resources, and delivery milestones.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate integration needs into technical solutions.
- Prioritize work for incremental delivery and proactively manage risks and blockers.
- Track KPIs, team metrics, and drive continuous operational improvements.

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 12+ years of software engineering experience with 3–5 years in leadership roles.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

- Full stack development and systems integration expertise.
- Low-latency, high-throughput system design.
- REST, GraphQL, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Workato.
- Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, React.
- Microservices and containerization.
- Jenkins/Cloud Bees, GitLab, Apigee, Istio, Kubernetes, Rancher.
- Solid knowledge of source control and secure application/container practices.
